About Brooke
I'm a seasoned People and Talent executive with over 25 years of experience building organizations from the ground up — across AAA game studios, global investment platforms, and hundreds of early-stage startups.
I've had a fortunate career spanning nearly three decades in Games, Technology and Venture Capital. Those years have given me deep insights into the team dynamics and sound business practices that result in successful outcomes.
Having built the teams behind blockbuster AAA franchises such as Bioshock, Borderlands, NBA 2K, Mafia, Civilization, WWE and more, as well as supporting over 150 startups from 0–1 then 2–100, I've gleaned many insights into what is necessary for a company's eventual success.
